We are looking for Business development manager for company which is producing textiles for workwear.

Your new role
The role will involve at least 70% of travel across the region - Slovakia and Czech Republic. The role is challenging and diverse, your duties will include, but not be limited to the following:
  • Identifying and generating new profitable sales opportunities and routes to market within the portfolio of products
  • Managing your own budget and responsibility for implementing and delivering strategies, the role requires you to be commercially aware with strong numerical and financial capabilities.
  • Developing the Sales Strategy – including developing new products & investigating new sectors
  • This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced business hunter ready to throw themselves into a rapidly growing business.

What you'll need to succeed
  • Be a hunter and love developing new business.
  • Previous experience in the industry is necessary
  • Be confident in driving growth across key accounts & key sectors
  • Have previous experience in a similar position. You will have minimum of 5 years’ experience working at this level.
  • Be strategic & Highly commercial in order to support the team and drive your own projects
  • Have experience in implementing and successfully selling new product
  • Be articulate and assertive, able to motivate and encourage others with a natural confidence to influence and persuade customers at all levels.
  • be commercially aware and technically competent in order to lead & close new projects
  • work well both as part of a team and as an individual, using your own initiative, you will be someone who fits into the culture with a fun and easy going nature
  • Be fluent in English
