Our client is a successful multinational company in engineering sector. They have been expanding rapidly over the past years, and are now looking to centralise their customer service function.

Your new role
This role involves a combination of people, process and change management. You will be directly responsible for working with the team leaders of different customer service clusters in order to ensure effective man management, as we as leading change across the function on a pan European basis

What you'll need to succeed
The ideal candidate for this position will have a breadth of experience managing multiple customer service clusters across a number of different locations. You will have strong experience within change management additionally as this will be pivotal to success within this position. Fluency in English is required and an additional European language would be nice to have.
