Our client, well-established international company located in the center of Prague is currently looking for new colleagues to an Italian team of Customer Service Specialists.

Your new role
On this role you would become part of a team dedicated customers from Italian region. Your daily responsibilities will include supporting customers and company product users via phone or email. You will answer their questions and help them with their claims and needs. In case of technical issues you will be expected to help them find the solution. You will be also partially responsible for upselling.

What you should know/have
To succeed you should have experience from customer service or similar position, you need to speak fluently Italian (ideally native level). English needs to be fluent as well.You should be communicative, customer-oriented, solution-oriented and definitely positive-minded.
