Your new role
Act as a hotel ambassador at all times
Communicate hotel policies and SOP to the colleagues
Supporting all learning and development activities
Carrying out annual Performance reviews
Hold monthly meetings with all colleagues
Being responsible for social media content
Recruitment
What you'll need to succeed
Knowledge of Labour Code and employment of foreigners
Communicative English - C1
Proven HR experience in a hotel
Leadership skills
Strategic thinking
Ability to work in an international environment
Excellent communication skills
