Pre-sales Engineer IoT

Your new role
  • Smooth installation and set up process at customer, correctly supported customer
  • Well informed, self dependent and well trained customer
  • Correctly done negotiation with a customer
  • Correctly and in time reported service and installation actions as background for invoicing
  • Up to date and complete records in ERP system
  • Travelling in EEC area (Czech, Poland, Slovakia, Hungary), or other countries
  • Working on installations and programming of products
  • Creating and/or evaluation of configurations
  • Supporting of Sales and Operation departments with parts/configuration specification
  • Completing feasibility studies, simulations
  • Recommending of Network Design
  • Supporting exhibitions from technical point of view
  • Supports technical Integration of IoT products
  • Preparing answers/comments for coming and ongoing sales projects regarding technical feasibility of products
  • Communication to Sales and Marketing departments about new features of products
  • Support for internal projects about Product presentations. Shows and development of attractive solutions
  • Conducting pre-sale activities and reviews including customer visits,
  • Making accurate cost estimates, writing engineering reports, and interpreting plans and specifications
  • Developing/ implementing custom demonstrations and training customers in the safe set up and operation of IoT products
  • Maintaining an in-depth technical knowledge of product lines represented by the company
  • Other duties and requests from direct Line Manager to support Company`s business.


What you'll need to succeed
  • Excellent knowledge of IT technology – at least 4 years experience
  • Ability to travelling in EEC FXXs, when required
  • Be fully independent and self learning
  • Experience with Network Design and Network safety
  • Experience in electrical service
  • On-site support experience
  • Excellent administrator knowledge of PC
  • Experience with CNC machines, Robots or IoT (Industrial internet of the things) is an advantages
  • Experience in field service oriented activities at Customer site
  • Motivated to produce high quality work that is well designed and executed
  • Maturity and safe work habits in an industrial environment
  • At least upper- intermediate English spoken and written, ( mainly technical terms) other Eastern European, or German languages are advantage, but not a must.
  • Driving license for personal car ("B")
  • University degree in IT technology
