For our client, an ideally located five-star hotel amidst the palaces and gardens of Prague's historic Malá Strana district, we are seeking an experienced Revenue Manager.

The Revenue Manager reports directly to the General Manager and is also responsible for leading the team of 3 people. Your daily basis requirements will be forecasting of daily, Transient and Group demand and tracking of variances, moreover analysis, comparison, and monitoring of booking pace amongst the competitive set as well as the city. You will also be tracking a hotel's RevPAR growth and penetration versus the competition and performing accurate analysis and tracking of market, geographic, channel, key accounts to check effectiveness of marketing strategies and performance to budget.

To succeed in this role, we do require previous experience in the same position for 2 – 5 years, ideally in a 5-star international hotel or resort. Fluent English is an absolute must. Any other additional language is an advantage, but it is not necessary. A proactive, open-minded, international, and reliable type of persona would be the best fit.
