Multinational pharmaceutical company located in Prague 8 - Karlín is looking for a new colleague to join their team on a position of Talent Acquisition Coordinator. We are looking for communicative and organisationally skilled candidate.
Job fulfilment
You will be in the charge of organization of interviews for the recruiters, managers and clients. Including email and phone daily communication. The interviews will be all around the world in different time zones so it is necessary to be flexible and precise. You will do the reservations for hotels, flight tickets, taxi, meeting rooms etc. Your main responsibilities will be to take care of the whole process to be smooth and easy for all of its side and to make sure everything is ready when needed.
What you need to succeed
- Fluent in English, other languages are advantage
- Excellent communication skills
- Patience, nice and pleasant demeanour, organisationally skilled and flexible
- Previous experience with organization of events, meetings, interviews etc.
- Good usage of MS Office
