• Selecting suppliers for the IT area within the telecommunications infrastructure (CAPEX/OPEX - HW/SW/SMA, IT platforms, services, staffing teams by purchasing roles (FTE/MD's), FTFP projects, outsourcing)
• Participating in and leading key projects in the given area
• Collaborating on and creating a procurement strategy, regularly reviewing the procurement plan
• Independently leading tender processes - RFP, RFQ, RFI, preparation, coordination, setting selection criteria (TCO)
• Responsibility for the preparation and finalization of contracts (including signing)
• Analysing and reviewing the conditions of existing suppliers, optimising costs, price and energy calculations
• Aggregating purchases within the company and the group
• Communicating with suppliers, internal partners, and management
• Identifying new opportunities and alternative approaches to achieve efficiency and savings

• University education
• At least 5 years of experience in strategic procurement or in a business role in the IT or telecommunications technology sector
• Excellent negotiation and presentation skills, knowledge of tools for negotiating with suppliers
• Diligence, ingenuity, communication skills, organisational skills
• Experience in preparing contracts and contractual terms
• Very good knowledge of MS Office, knowledge of SAP is an advantage, also knowledge of Pro e Biz is an advantage
• Knowledge of English for conducting professional negotiations
