An international company operating across the EMEA region is currently seeking an HR Generalist with fluent knowledge of German and English to join their HR team in Prague. This role supports HR operations, systems, and projects, ensuring smooth collaboration across countries and compliance with local legislation.
Your main responsibilities
- Act as a key user for HR system, ensuring accurate data processes.
- Manage employee records and support all lifecycle changes, including onboarding and offboarding.
- Contribute to HR projects and drive process improvements across EMEA.
- Prepare payroll inputs and coordinate with external providers.
- Handle HR inquiries and provide policy guidance.
- Support benefits administration and vendor communication.
- Create HR reports.
What you will need to succeed
- Fluent in English and German.
- Previous experience in HR Operations / Administration.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in problem-solving.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
