Our long-termed client in Prague 6 is the leading global provider of healthy, safe and sustainable building and cold chain solutions. Currently their Credit management department is looking for a new colleague to join on a part-time basis for 3 months project with possibility of prolongation.
Your new role
The successful candidate will be responsible for cleaning the backlog by reviewing the alerts and taking actions depending on kind of notifications (emails, requests from customers, prepayments). Will be in charge of shared mailbox( assign each email to the corresponding person in a team),release orders for VIP customers, clean customer data base. The environment in the company is fast paced and dynamic, also deadline driven.
What you need to succeed
- Fluent only in English
- Experiences in administrative is an advantage
- Good computer skills in MS Office
- Organisational skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and teamwork
- Willingness to learn
- Good time management and pro activity
