Our client, international medical products and solutions company, is currently looking for a Business Controller to join the finance team.

What will you do

• Secure financial and business control in order to ensure compliance with company’s requirements and local needs, rules and legislations
• Participate on creation of Business plan and Budget/Forecast
• Analyze and act on financial information in order to initiate corrective actions to meet financial objectives
• Communicate financial information and policies throughout the local organisation
• Ensure efficient co-operation with other business controllers within the region
• Ensure the efficient usage of SAP in the organization
• Run the local capital management issues in order to secure optimal cash flow and value creation
• Direct, coach and support department/team (including inhouse shared service center)
• Participate in handling of HR issues in order to ensure optimal personnel management.
• Cooperate with local organization’s network (lawyers, auditors, banks, authorities)
• Supports local implementation of global and/or regional Business Ethics Compliance initiatives
