We are currently seeking a Business Development Representative for a brand new company in the Czech market.
What will you do:
- Regularly visit customers within the Moravia region to build relationships and understand their requirements.
- Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with key accounts in the industrial sector within your assigned area.
- Drive business development efforts in Moravia by identifying and engaging potential customers.
- Actively seek out and establish new customer accounts, expanding our client base and market presence.
- Oversee the entire sales process, from prospecting and proposal development to negotiation and deal closure.
- Utilize prospecting techniques like cold calling to generate leads and new business opportunities.
- Provide consistent and periodic sales activity reports to the Sales Director, keeping them informed of progress and challenges.
- Identify and maximize the potential of existing accounts, ensuring satisfaction for both clients and the company.
- Conduct on-site assessments, define project scopes, and prepare preliminary cost estimates for clients.
- Evaluate project execution and gather post-completion feedback from clients to ensure their satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
What should the ideal candidate have:
- Education: A minimum of a high school education is required, with a preference for candidates with a technical background.
- Experience: At least 3 years of experience in B2B sales within the industrial sector.
- Business Development: Demonstrated experience in new business development.
- Account Development: Ability to cultivate and develop customer accounts.
- Time Management and Organization: Strong time-management and self-organization skills.
- Deal Closing: Proficiency in closing deals.
- Sales and Negotiation Skills: Excellent sales and negotiation skills.
- Independence and Initiative: A proactive approach with a focus on independence and initiative.
- Goal Orientation: Consistent pursuit of objectives and goals.
- Language Proficiency: Czech: Native or fluent proficiency.
- Nice to have:
- English: Communicative level.
- Polish: Communicative level.
- Driving License: Category B (standard driving license).
