Our long-term client located in Prague 9 is looking for an Executive Assistant to support 2 Directors.
Starting date: latest 1.7
Employment: full-time

Your responsibilities will be
  • Support 2 Directors with all administrative tasks.
  • Managing their schedules, arranging travel plans, and submitting expenses.
  • Assisting in coordination and organisation of company events and meetings.
  • Preparation of documents for business meetings and briefings.
  • Close cooperation with colleagues from abroad.
What you’ll need to succeed
Advanced knowledge of Czech and English languages.
Experience on a similar position is an advantage.
Communication skills are needed to ensure accuracy in communication results.
Excellent analytical, searching and time-management skills.
Detail-oriented, rigorous, and work well with other internal functional groups.
Initiative, fast learning and self-motivated.
