Works with customers on the planning, creation and delivery of their marketing communications and POS materials. They have world-class specialist production and sourcing capabilities that can revolutionise our customer’s supply chain and produce communications whether they contain a marketing, compliance or customer service message in the form of a statement, e-mail, invoice, direct mailing or bill.
Your new role
Your main responsibilities will be to maintain and develop client-business relationships and ensure excellent customer service and client satisfaction. It will include a mutually profitable, efficient and professional fulfilment service through total ownership of the account/contract including; P&L, Client Relationships, Sales/Business Development, Operational Ownership. You will also actively participate in the preparation and organisation of POS materials.
What you will need to succeed
- Czech & English - both fluent in oral and written form
- Previous experience with POS (Point of Sale) materials is a must
- Client Services management experience in a busy corporate environment
- Experience of blue chip compliance environment and sales
- Professional communication and presentation skills
- Experiences with complex incident reporting and complaint management
