For our client, the world's largest tire manufacturer, we are currently looking for Customer Service Specialist with Hungarian language.
Your new role
- Direct telephone and e-mail communication with customers and partners of the company
- Placing and managing orders in the SAP system
- Handling logistics complaints
- Verifying the availability of the required product or suggesting alternative solutions
- Cooperation with colleagues across departments (sales, finance, credit department, etc.)
What you'll need to succeed
- Experience in customer service is an advantage, but not a requirement
- Knowledge of Hungarian at fluent level, communicative knowledge of English, especially important for internal communication, Czech language is an advantage
- User knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
- General knowledge of SAP is welcome, inexperienced people can be trained
