For our client, the world's largest tire manufacturer, we are currently looking for Customer Service Specialist with Hungarian language.

Your new role

• Direct telephone and e-mail communication with customers and partners of the company
• Placing and managing orders in the SAP system
• Handling logistics complaints
• Verifying the availability of the required product or suggesting alternative solutions
• Cooperation with colleagues across departments (sales, finance, credit department, etc.)

What you'll need to succeed

• Experience in customer service is an advantage, but not a requirement
• Knowledge of Hungarian at fluent level, communicative knowledge of English, especially important for internal communication, Czech language is an advantage
• User knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
• General knowledge of SAP is welcome, inexperienced people can be trained
