Our important client with centralised offices at Prague 4 - Chodov is currently looking for a new team member for their French speaking customer service specialist team.
Your new role
• Order processing, invoicing, and forwarding duties in named areas
• Customer order stock control and support
• Maintaining information/data of given customers and CE price lists in own countries
• Organizing transport to the customer
• Cooperation with responsible sales representatives/managers
• Controlling customer payments and credits together with responsible sales representatives/managers
• Improving quality of customer service
• Creating weekly sales reports for own responsibility area
• Performing other tasks according to the decision of the supervisor
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed you need to speak fluently French (min. C1) and English (at least communicative level).You need to have experience from customer support role and be motivated to continue helping customers.
