Our important client with centralised offices at Prague 4 - Chodov is currently looking for a new team member for their German speaking customer service specialist team to support customers from DACH region.
Your new role
On this new role you will act as a support for customers from Germany, Austria and Switzerland (DACH region).You will be responsible for: Handling of inquiries and claims by phone or e-mail from end-consumers and customers. Technical support and troubleshooting end-consumers.
Contract: full-time for unlimited period
Starting date: ideally ASAP / upon agreement.
Hybrid work regime (50% home office/50% office based)
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed you need to speak fluently German (min. C1) and English (at least communicative level).You need to have experience from customer support role and be motivated to continue helping customers - via phone and email.
