For our client - pharmaceutical company based in Zagreb we are seeking Customer Service Specialists with knowledge of Slovenian and English on fluent level.
On this role you will be responsible for supporting customers and their orders according to company standards. Beside the order management agenda you will be also responsible for high quality customer service towards candidates from Slovenia. You will also collect feedback from customers and based on that you will measure customer satisfaction.
You will be also responsible for customer claims and its processing or forwarding them to responsible department.You will closely cooperate with other departments (sales, finance,...) to ensure smooth and positive customer experience.
An ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in customer service, claims processing, order management or similar. We are also open to consider candidates without any previous related experience.
Language skills required: English fluent, Slovenian fluent, Hungarian is a plus
Starting date: February 2023
