East EMEA Finance Controller (Czech&English)

We are currently hiring for our client – a stable international company operating in the construction, industry, and manufacturing sectors, with a long-term focus on innovation and modern solutions. We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join the finance team, who will play a key role in managing and developing financial processes.

Your new role

In this position, you will be responsible for the comprehensive financial agenda of the company for 4 different countries within EMEA region.
  • Month-end closing reporting and analysis
  • Prepare financial analyses, reports, and management presentations.
  • Ensure proper setup and control of accounting processes.
  • Participate in budget planning, forecasting, and financial strategy.
  • Actively contribute to process optimisation and efficiency improvements.
  • Collaborate closely with the finance teams and other departments across the company.
  • Your mission will be to ensure that financial management is accurate, transparent, and supports the company’s long-term growth.

What you'll need to succeed

  • 8–10 years of experience in Controlling/FP&A, ideally within international and mid-sized organizations
  • Professional level of Czech & English language.
  • Previous exposure to the Software and Services sector is a strong advantage
  • Proven analytical skills with a track record of delivering accurate and reliable financial insights
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with executive-level stakeholders and influence decision-making
  • Energetic, flexible, and adaptable personality, capable of driving change in a fast-paced environment
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with modern Financial BI tools
