Join our long-term client – a pharmaceutical, multinational company based in Prague. We are looking for a dynamic, detail-oriented person with excellent customer approach and experience within HR processes.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys problem‑solving and learning new HR technologies.
This is a limited 1-year-long project role for now.
Your main responsibilities
You’ll play a key role in shaping a smooth, engaging, employee experience across the EMEA region. In this role, you will act as a resource for employees and people leaders, offering guidance, expertise, and hands‑on support across a variety of HR processes. You’ll help bring new HR initiatives, refine existing workflows, and contribute to the continuous improvement of HR services. You will ensure HR data and transactions are handled with accuracy and care.
Your daily agenda
- Support the delivery of end‑to‑end HR processes
- Contribute to the enhancement of HR programs by sharing insights, feedback, and data trends aimed at improving the overall employee experience.
- Handle escalated HR queries, support additional HR operations tasks
- Take part in continuous improvement efforts focused on efficiency, accuracy
- Conduct regular audits and data checks
What you will need to succeed
- Fluent in English language + Czech language at least B1
- 1+ years of HR experience, ideally with exposure to employee lifecycle processes.
- Experience supporting managers and employees within a corporate environment.
- Familiarity with HR technologies such as case management systems or self‑service tools (Workday experience is a plus).
- Excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude
- Attention to detail, and a mindset focused on accuracy and service
