An international company based in Prague is currently looking for a new colleague who would join their 12-month limited project as a Master Data Project Coordinator. The main purpose of the project is the implementation of the SAP S/4 solution. You will be mainly responsible for the delivery of the highest Master Data quality, flow, efficient process and make decision based on the collected data as well.

Your main responsibilities
  • Responsible for overseeing project processes related to Business Partners and Financial Master Data.
  • Development and execution of the data migration strategies for Business Partners and Financial Master Data.
  • Management of the templates for Vendor & Customer Master Data, Profit Centres, GL Accounts.
  • Insurance of compliance with SOX regulations and Internal Control matrix for master data maintenance.
  • Preparation of the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) scripts.
  • Training preparation of the new systems for employees.
  • Assistance for the Finance business team with master data issues.
  • Implements automated determination rules for ERP posting.

    What you will need to succeed
  • Fluent in English language
  • Previous experience with the implementation of SAP is essential
  • Experienced in data management and control, reporting, analysis
  • Strong communication and customer approach
  • Analytical thinking, problem-solving skills
  • Detail oriented
