We are currently looking for a driven and ambitious sales professional for our client. Someone who thrives on expanding new markets, enjoys building strong business relationships, and is ready to take full ownership of sales activities aimed at the Polish market.

Workplace:
Prague 10 / Poland (after onboarding)
Start date: immediately / by agreement

What will you be responsible for?
  • Driving business development activities and securing new opportunities within the Polish market
  • Building and maintaining long-term relationships with key corporate clients
  • Understanding client needs and proposing suitable solutions that align with their business goals
  • Preparing and delivering commercial proposals, leading negotiations, and closing deals
  • Collaborating with internal teams throughout the full sales cycle
  • Monitoring market developments and contributing insights for further growth

What experience should you bring?
  • At least 3 years of experience in B2B sales, account management, or consultative selling
  • Native or highly professional level of Polish + strong command of English
  • Confidence in leading business discussions and negotiating with senior stakeholders
  • An analytical, structured mindset and the ability to work with CRM and sales data
  • An understanding of enterprise systems (ERP, SAP or similar platforms) is a strong plus.
  • Willingness to spend the initial onboarding period (approx. 3 months) in Prague
