The company offers a collaborative, forward-thinking environment where innovation, quality and continuous improvement are core values. You will work in a diverse, global setting that encourages knowledge sharing and professional growth.
Your new role
As a Senior UX Designer, you will be based in Prague (Pankrác) and take ownership of end-to-end UX projects across complex digital applications. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality user experiences while working closely with stakeholders, UX leadership and front-end developers.
Your role will include leading UX initiatives, contributing to the definition and evolution of design principles and a design system, and ensuring effective collaboration between design and development. You will create user flows, interaction concepts and interactive prototypes, rapidly iterating and improving solutions based on user testing and feedback. Clear communication of design decisions and structured handovers to development teams will be a key part of your day-to-day work.
What you’ll need to succeed
To succeed in this role, you will have 5+ years of professional experience as a UX Designer, ideally working on complex or enterprise-level applications. You bring a strong understanding of UX best practices, principles and patterns, with the ability to apply them effectively in different contexts.
You will have excellent visual design, UI, interaction design and prototyping skills, combined with strong communication abilities that allow you to clearly explain and justify design decisions to a wide range of stakeholders. Experience working in an agile environment using Lean UX processes is essential. You are a collaborative, proactive team player and are fluent in English at B2 level or above.
What you’ll get in return
You will work in an international environment within a global organisation that values innovation and teamwork. The role offers the opportunity to actively influence product outcomes, work with modern technologies and contribute to meaningful digital solutions.
