System Support Specialist
A new part-time opportunity for System Support Specialist. B2B contract, remote
Overview:
The project is looking for a highly skilled System Support Specialist to join them on a part-time basis. You will play a key role in shaping and optimising the BMC Consolidator setup, working closely with three internal teams. This is a strategic role that combines technical expertise with collaboration and knowledge transfer.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and configure the BMC Consolidator to meet the needs of multiple teams.
- Reuse and adapt existing automation tools developed for NDSS.
- Create advanced queries to enhance consolidator functionality.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align goals and technical requirements.
- Document and transfer knowledge to internal staff for long-term sustainability.
- Support ongoing development and improvements of the consolidator.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Deep knowledge of the BMC Data Model.
- Strong understanding of BMC Consolidator features and functions.
- Experience designing complex queries.
- Proven ability to reuse and adapt automation components.
- Excellent communication skills for knowledge sharing.
- Comfortable working independently and across multiple teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with TPL (Template Programming Language).
- Previous involvement in BMC Consolidator projects.
- Familiarity with automation frameworks and best practices in system support.
Additional Info:

- Utilisation: 30–50% - 7–10 man-days/month
- Must be available during EU business hours
