We are looking for a suitable candidate for the position of Customer Quality Engineer for our client, a company involved in manufacturing components for the world's largest consumer electronics and automotive end market.
Your new role
Control and tracking of customer complaints (GCA, 8D) and their processing time (TAT)
Actively collaborate to investigate the causes of complaints and claims/incidents and approve corrective and preventive action relative to the product and process
Tracking customer complaints 0km / in the field, approving reports, tracking TAT
Continuous monitoring of the effectiveness of the actions taken for customer complaints, effective support in the implementation of new actions
Monitoring customer satisfaction
Active collaboration with people in the team and management
What you'll need to succeed
+2 years of experience in quality area within automotive industry is an advantage
Competent in quality tools, and process/production control methods such as: APQP, Control Plans, FMEA, GD&T, MSA, PPAP, SPC
Communicative knowledge of English language
Czech language is an advantage
