Deputy Operations Director of Farms

Our client is a stable company offering long-term cooperation. The company is involved in the management and acquisition of farms, focusing on agricultural and livestock production.

Your new role
  • Managerial control of the operation of a group of farms, including personnel management (selection of employees, determining job descriptions, their remuneration, and development).
  • Preparation of operational plans for the company.
  • Cooperation in the acquisition of new farms.
  • Organisation of agricultural production and livestock production.
  • Negotiations with suppliers and customers.
  • Regular reporting of farm results to the operations manager or headquarters in Prague.
What you'll need to succeed
  • At least secondary education, ideally higher education with a relevant focus.
  • Previous experience in agriculture for at least 5 years.
  • Comprehensive managerial skills in the management of an agricultural enterprise.
  • Ability to effectively cooperate, communicate, organise work, and handle stressful situations.
  • Good user knowledge of working with a PC (MS Office tools).
  • Driving licence group B – active driver.
Duration of Employment:
  • Indefinite period.
Type of Contractual Relationship:
  • Employment contract
  • Work on a trade licence (ICO)
