On behalf of our client, a leading global pharmaceutical company dedicated to improving health and well-being through innovation, we are seeking a Business Integrator. This role is part of the Italy Hub IT team (Italy, Central & Eastern Europe, and Israel) and focusses on bridging business needs with technology solutions, ensuring IT initiatives align with strategic goals and regulatory requirements.

Your job description
  • Manage IT projects, acting as the bridge between business stakeholders and IT teams
  • Support impactful technology solutions, ensuring timely and high-quality implementation
  • Lead organisational change management initiatives related to IT projects
  • Address IT-related issues swiftly to minimise business disruption
  • Collaborate with global and regional IT teams
  • Drive innovation through AI and Machine Learning technologies

Required Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related fields
  • Proficiency in English and Microsoft/AWS solutions
  • Experience in business integration, IT analysis, or project management, preferably in a multinational or pharmaceutical company
  • Knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations (GMP, GxP)
  • Expertise in integration tools (APIs, middleware, ETL)
  • Coding skills in Python, SQL, R, C++
  • Experience with MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, SQL Server databases
  • AI and Machine Learning expertise to optimise business processes
