One of the world's leading pharmaceutical manufacturers of herbal medicines, with over 90 years of experience producing highly effective and well-tolerated phytopharmaceutical products known in over 40 countries - and they are now looking to recruit a colleague to join them on a permanent (hybrid) position as:

Distribution Manager

located in Prague. You will be the main point of contact between the client (wholesaler) and the

company. You will negotiate contracts and ensure high level of customer satisfaction. You will be

responsible for effective introduction of the new
OTC medicines into the distribution channel in Czechia and Slovakia.

Your tasks

-Acquire new business customers (wholesalers), conduct negotiations of terms and

conditions and increase sales according to the business targets of the company

- Get aligned with wholesalers about their forecast and support headquarters regarding

deliveries to ensure a smooth flow of goods

- Develope and implement efficient distribution strategies, including transportation and

warehousing

- Ensure optimal inventory levels, minimizing excess stock and preventing stockouts

- Support customers independently and strategically maintaining sustainable customer

relationships

- Identify potential risks in the distribution process and develop strategies to mitigate them

- Ensure that distribution activities comply with relevant laws and regulations

- Continuously evaluate and optimize the distribution network to enhane efficiency and

reduce costs

Your profile

-You have a higher business management education

- You have at least 3 years of experience in the Czech and/or Slovak Pharma Market,

preferably with OTC products

- Thanks to your experience in a customer-facing role, you have very good knowledge of

wholesalers’ landscape and contacts to responsible decision makers

- You are a native Czech or Slovak speaker, working smoothly in the international business

Environment with very good verbal and written communication skills in English

- You have experience within distribution and logistics
