Key Account Specialist Oncology

We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join a small, dedicated team in the therapeutic area of lung cancer. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a collaborative, cross-functional environment and are passionate about advancing oncology care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve sales targets through a highly ethical, customer-focused approach.
  • Promote a portfolio of oncology products with a strong understanding of disease areas and treatment options.
  • Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of assigned products and competitors.
  • Conduct regular visits in line with strategic plans and maintain accurate records in CRM systems.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and key opinion leaders.
  • Collaborate with Medical Science Liaisons to address medical education and information needs.
  • Analyze customer interactions and market data to refine communication strategies.
  • Co-develop and implement territory business plans.
  • Understand healthcare budgeting and reimbursement principles, and stay informed on health-economic trends in collaboration with the Market Access team.

Qualifications

  • University degree or equivalent (preferably in a relevant field).
  • Experience in sales and regional account management.
  • Proficiency in English and Czech/Slovak.
  • Valid driving licence (Type B).
