For our long-term client in the pharmaceutical and medical devices sector - we are seeking a highly motivated Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Analyst to join a high-performing finance team. This role is ideal for a finance professional with strong analytical skills, a collaborative mindset, and a passion for driving business insights through data.

  • Location: Prague, possibility of home office 2 times per week
  • Contract: employment contact for 1 year with possible extension
Key Responsibilities
As an FP&A Analyst, you will lead analytical reviews, conduct variance analysis, and perform ad-hoc financial evaluations to support strategic decision-making at the regional level. You will be responsible for forecasting, planning, and monitoring operating expenses for central functions, ensuring financial accuracy and compliance with internal controls. A key part of your role will be to translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights for non-financial stakeholders, enabling informed business decisions. You will collaborate closely with local FP&A teams, accounting, and business partners across Europe to ensure alignment and consistency in financial reporting. Additionally, you will support the consolidation of financial data in Excel and assist in the preparation of executive-level presentations in PowerPoint.

Required Qualifications
  • Previous experience 2–3 years in FP&A, within multinational environments in medical devices, or pharmaceuticals.
  • Professional English (written and spoken).
  • FP&A experience specifically related to working with goods. Ideally in the MedTech industry.
  • Advanced MS Office Excelskills (pivot tables, large data sets, formulas).
  • Familiarity with financial systems such as PowerBI or others.
  • Strong PowerPoint skills for executive-level reporting.
  • High attention to detail, strong interpersonal skills.
  • Adaptability, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
