We are looking for our client, European leader in edgebanding and joinery supplies, is looking for a hands-on sales leader to drive growth in the Czech Republic and expand into Slovakia.

What you’ll do:
  • Lead and grow a small sales team (5 people)
  • Drive direct B2B sales (50% field-based)
  • Expand market share and build long-term client relationships
  • Align Czech operations with German HQ
  • Monitor trends and identify new opportunities
What you bring:
  • Experience in B2B sales (ideally with furniture manufacturers)
  • Knowledge of edgeband, adhesives, fittings, chipboards
  • Leadership skills and a proactive mindset
  • English or German for internal communication
  • Willingness to travel (CZ/SK + DE 2×/year)
What we offer:
  • Fixed salary: CZK 100,000–135,000 gross
  • Annual bonus up to CZK 250,000
  • Company car: VW Passat or Škoda Superb
