We are currently hiring for one of your clients - pharmaceutical company based in Prague. We are looking for a motivated Marketing Assistant to join dynamic marketing team. If you’re passionate about communication, organisation, and supporting creative campaigns, this role is for you!

Location: Prague, Czechia (Hybrid)
Contract Type: Full-time - 40 h/weekly
Start: immediately

Your main responsibilities
As a Marketing Assistant, you will provide administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations.
You will help manage contracts, liaising with the legal department to meet all legislative requirements. Marketing materials will be under your care, including ordering and coordinating translations. You will coordinate internal meetings and assist in organizing educational events. This includes handling grant requests, tracking progress, and communicating with healthcare professionals while respecting MedTech compliance. You will manage invitations, travel arrangements, and sponsorship administration.
Event logistics will be a key responsibility, covering hotels, service providers, material preparation, and overall coordination. You will also process
invoices and assist with budget management to keep projects on track. You will closely collaborate with the sales team. Your work will ensure that marketing activities, events, and sponsorships are delivered efficiently, professionally, and in line with regulations.

What you will need to succeed
  • Previous experience in marketing or administration roles
  • Advanced knowledge of English language - level C1
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Knowledge of digital marketing tools (social media, email, CRM)
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships across the organisation
  • Provide feedback in a professional, direct, and tactful manner
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and customer service skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
