Business Development Manager

Responsible for developing a growth strategy focused both on sales targets and customer satisfaction.

We are currently seeking a Business Development Manager for our client, a multinational packaging and assembly company located in the Czech Republic.

Your new role

  • Business Development and Client Acquisition:
    Identify and secure new business opportunities with potential clients.
  • Client Relationship Management:
    Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure their long-term engagement with the company.
  • Client Engagement:
    Schedule business meetings with potential clients to discuss opportunities and collaborations.
  • Growth Strategy Development:
    Develop a growth strategy that prioritizes both achieving sales targets and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Sales Performance:
    Meet the agreed-upon sales targets to contribute to the company’s overall revenue.

What you'll need to succeed

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in sales positions within the packaging industry.
  • Proven experience in managing clients from FMCG ideally.
  • Fluency in both Czech and English languages is required for effective communication.
