For our client, one of the world’s leading medical assistance and claims-handling companies, we are currently looking for Chief of operations with English.
Your new role
- planning the company’s business strategy
- customer needs aligned with business development
- long-term goals in assistance operations
- compliance with legal regulations
- represent the company in meetings and negotiations
And here are the additional tasks and objectives:
- Following standard and customized rules and procedures.
- control of the workload of the team of Assistance Supervisors and Deputy Assistance Manager.
- assistance process implementation in the IT environment.
- quality and cost control tools in assistance operations.
- backup authorization for high-cost claims.
- closely working with GM and Deputy Assistance Manager.
- work with CRM, HR, IT, legal, and process development departments.
What you'll need to succeed
- university degree.
- in English language
- least 5 years of work experience in Medical Assistance or a similar industry.
- experience in leading a team.
- good at communicating user’s needs to software specialists.
- experience in Microsoft Office tools.
- work well under stress and bounce back from setbacks.
