We are looking for a Customer Care team member for our major client - an international healthcare Swedish company with modern offices located in Prague 3.Possibility to start immediately.
Your new role
The main job is to process orders in SAP system, answering customer queries regarding pricing, products, certification, availability, etc.
Planning shipments with customers, carriers and central warehouse. Ensuring necessary certification and documentation as per region. Tracking shipments and resolving ad-hoc issues if necessary. Communicating with the distribution centre and customers in writing form, exceptionally by phone. You will also get to manage pricing in the system, create correction documents, set up new customers, manage existing customers, order samples, etc.

What you'll get in return
- Previous experience on a similar role (Customer Care Specialist, Customer Support, Customer Service Specialist, Logistic Support, Transport Planner, etc.).
- Communicative knowledge of Czech/Slovak language, excellent level of English.
- Proactivity, willingness to learn new things, independence.
- Knowledge of MS Office at an advanced level, knowledge of SAP an advantage.
