For our client, a leader in developing and commercialising software and service solutions for the building, infrastructure, and manufacturing sectors, we are looking for a candidate for the position of Financial controller.

Your new role

• Support the month-end closing package: Turnover / Costs / EBITDA / Headcount, based on monthly closings performed by local accounting teams.
• Assist in producing forecast and budget packages.
• Work with Power BI, NetSuite accounting system, SAP consolidation tool, Microsoft Excel.
• Update existing P&L packages at country and EMEA levels for closing and forecasting, based on instructions from the EMEA Controlling Director.
• Create new P&L tables for all internal stakeholders (Service, Sales, Marketing, IT, other transverse functions) for closing and forecasting.
• Expand the role to other potential reporting developments:Automate data upload in IBM-PA.
• Develop user interfaces with a more visual approach.
• Develop other financial reports such as cash flows based on the accounting consolidation system.
• Explore the use of AI tools to increase efficiency.

What you'll need to succeed

• Minimum 2 years of experience in financial reporting/FP&A in an international structure.
• Advanced skills in Excel and Power BI.
• Proficiency in data management/financial reporting with experience in data warehouse systems.
• Knowledge of P&L structure.
• Advanced level of English and Czech is a must.
