International company located in Prague, is currently seeking a Head of HR Operations.

Your new role

• Enforce and implement global/regional policies to shape the human resource strategy for their respective countries, aiming to attract, manage, develop, and retain the necessary workforce for achieving current and future business goals.
• Ensuring the organization's present and future HR needs are fulfilled.
• Carry out front-line HR responsibilities for assigned countries, including conducting complex investigations, addressing non-routine employee issues, conducting intricate compensation analyses.
• Consult, advise, influence, and partner with country leadership to develop strategies and initiatives that foster an engaged and high-performing organization.
• Analyse and identify potential process improvements.
• Working on preparation and finalization of budget.
• Identify training needs for the HR Services team.

What you'll need to succeed

• Excellent knowledge of English and German languages.
• Previous experience in People Management in HR is a must.
• Critical negotiations and People Leadership skills.
• Pro-activity in finding solutions, problem-solving attitude.
• Advanced organizational skills.
• High level of independence, accountability.
• Excellent communication skills.
