• Drive high-impact transformation projects that focus on cross-company processes.
• Evaluating existing processes and identifying areas for improvement.
• Lead initiatives aimed at enhancing the customer experience, including collecting and analyzing feedback.
• Utilize Lean/Six Sigma methodologies to assess current processes, identify inefficiencies, and implement effective solutions.
• Leading and assisting in projects focused on process alignment and resolving challenges.
• Engaging with various stakeholders to ensure that developed solutions adhere to regulatory and industry standards.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to uncover and prioritize opportunities for process improvement.
• Develop, document, and standardize best practices to ensure consistency across multiple company locations.
• Collaborating with document owners to create or update company documentation.
• Provide regular updates and presentations on project progress, outcomes, and improvement metrics.
  
  

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Quality, Manufacturing, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience managing projects in a technical environment.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.
• Developed organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Czech or Slovak and English.
• Basic knowledge of Lean/Six Sigma methodologies.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
