For our client, a French company with production capacity and distribution in the Czech Republic, we have an open vacancy for Invoicing Team Leader/Sales Admin Team Leader/Billing Specialist Team Leader.
You will be responsible for ensuring a smooth invoicing process within the team, managing pricing disputes with customers and issuance of Credit Notes, supervising the process of setting price conditions requested by Sales teams into SAP. Helping to develop team members for personal and professional growth with focus on high potentials, also cooperating with the support in the fields of audits and internal controls.
An ideal candidate is an experienced manager having 5+ years in SSC, direct OTC experience, has a self-driven mindset, inner motivation to do things better and with efficiency, regularly brings solutions based on continual improvement and has strength at communicating “top-down” – “bottom-up”, fact-based argumentation.
