Strategic Planning: Utilize your insights and experience to develop a 12-18 months rolling plan for your region. This plan should include customer projects when appropriate.
Value Creation: Seek out insights, unmet needs, and potential value pools, leading to the development of services and solutions.
Networking: Establish a strong network of partners and external contacts to identify mutually beneficial business opportunities.
Data Analysis: Analyze partners’ strategies, plans, and data from CRM and other sources to inform decision-making.
Sales Execution: Develop and execute account plans aligned with the country strategy, leveraging sales data and customer insights.
Compliance: Maintain a high level of compliance with company policies and local regulations.
Omnichannel Approach: Engage in an omnichannel approach, extending beyond face-to-face meetings.
