For a multinational corporation, with its offices in Prague, we are looking for O2C Manager to lead a team of Credit and Collections.
Your new role
Oversees accounts receivable processes of credit, billing, collection, cash application, Accounts Receivable reporting, order processing and monthly, quarterly, year-end close processes.
Leading the team of Accounts receivable including Credit, Billing, Collection and cash application.
Reviewing and updating the accuracy of financial statements to minimize mistakes and discrepancies.
Maintain an acceptable level of risk, minimize losses, and ensure timely repayments by enforcing credit policies.
Oversees the progress and execution of medium-sized projects until completion.
Negotiates payment schedules, contract terms and follows-up on accounts to ensure arrangements are met.
Resolves disputes in a manner that protects the organization's financial interests and maintains positive customer relations.
What you'll need to succeed
Previous experience with leading big international team
Excellent knowledge of collections strategies and skilled in portfolio management
Ability to work in a global, virtual and matrixed environment
Experience of working and managing OTC operations.
Excellent communication and analytical skills
Bachelor’s degree minimum in area of accounting, finance, or general management
