A new investor is entering the market to launch a greenfield project focused on E-commerce and FMCG logistics.

- Your task will be to manage a new Distribution Centre servicing the area of Western Europe.

- Independently manage the biggest part of the warehouse, VAS, e-commerce business.

- Cooperation with the company's management and other departments.

- Supervision of quality and productivity, operational KPI’s in general

- Directly managing mid and lower management team

- Motivation and development of a team of 500 employees (indirect reports).

- Reporting to Regional Director

- To have communicative English or German (at least B2)

- To have experience with warehouse management in contract logistics (3PL, 4PL)

- To have ability to work in very dynamic and growing e-commerce business

- To be a strong people manager and a team player

- At least 5 years managerial experience in the logistics or manufacturing industry, ideally within a 3PL provider
