Recruitment top tips - workshop for line managers


Our workshop is tailored to the needs of line managers and should guide them through the pitfalls of selection procedures and interviewing so that they can better see the qualities of the candidates they intent to hire.
The key focus of line managers is obviously not recruitment, so it may happen that important questions remain unasked and in the end, the manager may not always have enough information to make an informed decision. The group workshop led by a qualified and experienced Recruitment consultant from Hays is then an ideal opportunity to acquire and master the basic techniques of interviewing.

Who is the workshop suitable for?

For groups of 5 to 10 members of managers and team leaders who hire employees into their teams, they are not part of HR departments and do not have access to internal recruitment training programs.

How do we run the workshop?

According to current possibilities - either in person or online. The workshop duration is approximately 2.5 hours.
